Copyright requests

Submit a copyright complaint or counter-notice. Requests are recorded privately with review status, deadline, resolution, and internal-note fields.

Complaints

Identify the protected work, exact material and URL, contact information, authority, good-faith belief, accuracy statement, and signature.

Counter-notices

Identify the removed material, explain mistake or misidentification, consent to court jurisdiction and service of process, and sign under penalty of perjury.

False claims can have legal consequences. A valid notice may be shared with the affected user.

Counsel review required: confirm the DMCA agent, jurisdiction wording, response calendar, repeat-infringer policy, evidence preservation, and restoration process.
