Creator and interview

Permission may cover name, likeness, voice, statements, biography, submitted work, reasonable editorial edits, and Rockland Connected distribution.

Photo, video, and events

The signer must control the media and obtain permission from recognizable participants. Event organizers should post a conspicuous recording notice and offer an opt-out path.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must complete the guardian release. It does not replace school, league, venue, safety, or participation waivers.
