The practice of mindfulness meditation cultivates a more peaceful mind, an awakened heart, and an ability to experience an enlivened presence in this moment. This one-hour weekly class (Tuesdays through December 8) will include teachings on mindfulness and meditation practice. Suggested donation $15 per class or pay what you can.
