Cornell Cooperative Extension's 4-H program for Rockland youth ages 5-19, offering a countywide Cloverbud club (ages 5-7), special interest clubs, after-school programs, public speaking, the NYS 4-H Fair, and the annual Project Showcase. $30 enrollment fee per program year.
