American Legion Post 1044 (John M. Perry)

The John M. Perry American Legion Post 1044 is a Sparkill-based veterans service organization that supports Rockland County veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. Like other American Legion posts, it focuses on veteran advocacy, camaraderie, and community service — taking part in Memorial Day and Veterans Day observances, supporting youth and scholarship programs, and hosting fellowship gatherings for members. Eligible veterans, and community members who want to support local veterans, are welcome to get involved.
