Playful Yogi Space is a Nyack yoga and mindfulness studio with a climate-controlled aerial room and an infrared-heated hot room. Its schedule spans beginner through advanced flow, gentle and restorative yoga, chair and prenatal classes, kids and aerial programs, hot yoga, Pilates, sculpt, and bootcamp, plus livestream and on-demand options and 200- and 300-hour teacher training.
