CrossFit Momentum is a CrossFit box located at 256 Main Street in Nyack, NY (enter at 51–53 Catherine Street). The gym offers small-group coaching in functional fitness, Olympic lifting, and conditioning, along with on-ramp fundamentals for new athletes. Experienced coaches guide members through every session, with scaled options available for all fitness levels. Part of the Rockland strength community, CrossFit Momentum fosters a tight-knit environment where athletes of varying backgrounds can train together.
